I understand that any decision to operate into, out of, on, or near the airpark is solely the responsibility of the pilot in command. By submitting this request, I agree to assume the risks associated with my requested use of the airpark and to hold harmless Timber Basin Air Park, Inc., its shareholders, members, officers, directors, agents, representativesand volunteers from claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to my requested use of, presence at, or operation at or near Timber Basin Airpark, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.*
